Our goal is to provide you with a clear image of the structure and the operating systems of the home, how they work and if there are any deficiencies. We are committed to taking the time to help you understand that image so you are able to make informed and objective decisions. We will give you the best quality inspection and customer service in the industry. We are available during normal working hours as well as most holidays, evenings and weekends to assist you with any needs that may arise.
 
We can meet with you (or communicate by email or phone) before the inspection so you will know what to expect and go over any specific questions or concerns you may have. You are welcome to participate in the inspection as much as you would like. If you choose not to attend the entire inspection, we will walk through the home with you after the inspection to show you any findings and clearly explain their possible causes and consequences. What we want to do is give you an objective opinion and educate you about the home.  Knowledge is power, and the more educated you are, the more confident and comfortable you will be with the decision you make. We will take care of you after the inspection as well. We will be available to answer any questions or concerns that come up and can refer you to reputable professionals in the area who may be able to help you with your new home.
 
Every person has different needs and different levels of knowledge. We treat you as an individual, giving you as much support, education and service before, during and after the inspection as you would like. We know that buying a home is an exciting, busy and somewhat stressful time and we are here to take one worry off your mind.
